Care

All our leather products are handmade by Spanish artisans from high quality leather, tanned using traditional methods. Consequently, any irregularities or differences in appearance are considered intrinsic features of the product.

BASIC MAINTENANCE TIPS

  • To preserve the original quality, avoid exposing the product to extreme heat and damp. Rain, rubbing and direct sunlight may cause discoloring or stains. Avoid contact with corrosive substances such as oil and alcohol.
  • When you are not using them, we recommend that you keep your leather products in the protective cloth bag that you receive with your purchase. Also, you should fill the handbag with paper (other than magazines or newspapers, which could stain) so it doesn´t deform.
  • In the case of leather handbags, care should be taken to avoid contact with delicate or light-colored garments when using your bag, as color transfer can occur.

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR LEATHER PRODUCTS

For daily cleaning of your leather products, a dry white cotton cloth is enough. The leather is very delicate, in case you see a stain avoid using any product and contact a specialized dry cleaning. 

Over time, the skin tends to dry, so it is highly recommended to hydrate the tissue: our eco-cream will help protect, nourish and add shine to your skin products. In addition, we recommend applying a waterproofing protective spray, which increases surface resistance to water and enriches the texture and color of the skin.

  • Spain & Portugal: Free shipping for orders over 100 €. 5 € for orders below 100 €.
  • Spain (Baleares, Ceuta & Melilla): 8 €.
  • Canary Islands: 15€.
  • Europe area 1*: FREE for orders over 100€. For orders below 100€ the shipping cost will be 15€.
  • UK: FREE for orders over 100 £. For orders below 100 £ the shipping cost will be 20 £.
  • Rest of Europe: 15 €.
  • USA: FREE for orders over 100$. For orders below 100€ the shipping cost will be 20$.
  • Rest of the world: 20 €.

Local customs expenses will be borne by the customer, except for the UK and USA.

Returns and exchanges

You may return any item purchased online within 15 days* from delivery date. The refund will be made using the same payment method with which the purchase was made.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition, with its original packaging and tags. It is necessary to include de order number and contact info.

If you want to make an exchange, you must make a return and make a new purchase.

Changes and returns online purchases can also be made in one of our stores.

No returns or exchanges are permitted on flash sale.

To make the return you must follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the return form that you can download here and put it in the box along with the product you want to return. If you do not have the option to print the form, it is essential that you put a piece of paper in the package indicating the order number, name and surname and the product to be returned.
  2. Shipping must be made to the following address:

Returning delivery costs will be paid by the client (the shipment and custom duties, if there were), unless item purchased was defective upon arrival. If this happens, please contact us for return or change by email at info@mercules.es.

REST OF THE WORLD:

If you want to make a return, write an email to info@mercules.es and we will tell you the steps.

Mercules won´t be responsible for the costs and customs duties of returns that are not managed by the company.

SIZE EXCHANGE (SHOES):

The first size exchange is free (EU), however, if you want to exchange models or colors you should return the purchased item and make a new order online.

Please, send an email to info@mercules.es with the order number on the subject. We will arrange the pick up and send you an email with the day that the courier will pick up the package. Requests for exchanges must be made within 15 natural days after the purchase.

Please, remember that items must be returned in perfect condition (including its original packaging).
